Move Car Shipping Adventure

Rumen R., the owner of the company that operates the road, had a mishap on Friday, March 23rd, 2012. He was laden with 7 cars and headed out of Durham North Carolina. Rumen R. decided to skip the weight station because he was heading to Burlington, North Carolina. He thought this was a good decision, as everything in his trailer and load was in order.

He just decided to follow road 70, which runs along Highway 85. Burlington was very close. So far so good. Rumen was about to turn West on Road 70 when he exited Interstate 85 Connector. Rumen was not able to exit the highway for 70 West. Only for East. Rumen, Move Car Auto Transporters' owner, had to take a few more turns to get West to Burlington.

Car trailer stuck in the middle of rail tracks

This script is not for a movie!

The unexpected happened when Hillsborough, North Carolina Rumen entered. Rumen, the owner of an auto moving company, had to cross a railroad track after the last turn. Rumen thought nothing was special or difficult, it was a track like any other. Imagine his shock (and fear) when his trailer becomes stuck in the middle of the railroad. He pedals to the metal but has no luck moving this huge monster with 7 monsters.

Rumen said that he didn't expect that this would happen because his trailer wasn't overloaded. He also stated that the trailer crossed rail tracks effortlessly and with the breeze. Rumen thought about the cause of the bump in the road and said that the tracks were too high. He also had one spot empty on his trailer, which could have contributed to the imbalance.

The empty spot in the back of the trailer could have caused the front of the trailer to become heavier, which can overload the vehicle's driving axle. This overloading is quite common as it is not uncommon to see a trailer get stuck on Hillsborough's high rail tracks.

Imagine Your Car on a Trailer, Stuck There...

Now, imagine your reaction if your car was loaded onto a trailer and left in the middle of a railroad track. Rumen would have been terrified. He was, as a train approached. Although he called the police, they stopped the train but he will always feel the fear. Move Car Auto Transporter Rumen may laugh at the situation, as do all of us at the office. But no one would ever want to be him at that moment. One thing is certain: thrills are found where cars are.
