Midwest From Tuesday to Wednesday, thunderstorms can be expected in South Dakota or Minnesota. The west will see heatwaves, with temperatures possibly reaching the mid 90s. Thunderstorms in Ohio or the Great Lakes could affect fireworks and outdoor plans for July Fourth. From Montana to Minnesota, you can also expect on-and-off thunderstorms.
