It is the fifth-oldest national park in the United States and the only one in Oregon. Other sights include Haystack Rock, a 235-foot high sea stack located in Cannon Beach (Oregon). Mount Hood is a stratovolcano located in the Cascade Volcanic Arc, northern Oregon. The Columbia River is North America's largest river. It flows through the Pacific Northwest region. It flows into the United States from Canada, where it originates in British Columbia's Rocky Mountains.
