Customer service has gone. Customer service is still available. You can find articles supporting both in many industries by doing a quick google search. Move Car provides outstanding customer service for car shipping. This is not the case in the rest of the industry.

Horror stories from customers abound

There are many customer complaints about customer service that can be found on Yelp, Google, BBB, and Transport Reviews. Sometimes, it's simply a matter of car shipping companies not communicating well with customers. Sometimes it's bait-and-switch, where customers receive an online estimate and then find out that it is an incorrect cost to ship their car. Another example is delays caused by unreliable carriers or even carrier no-shows.
